The aluminium open access frame and ergonomic design allows you ultimate control, add Daiwa’s revolutionary Magforce magnetic cast control system and Lexa delivers unrivalled casting control, back lashing is a thing of the past, combine this with the open access spool, and line can be so easily controlled with a practiced thumb you will wonder how you ever managed to control line flow with any other baitcaster reel in the past.

The open access metal frame supports one of the toughest gears ever, meshing perfectly to create cranking power like never before, especially when you are driving it with Daiwa’s original swept handle design. The Swept Handle design brings the balance point closer to the reels centre to create more cranking power. This drives one of the largest drag plates ever in one of our baitcasters, with Daiwa’s UTD Ultimate Tournament Drag used in this reel you can have every bit of confidence in muscling any fish out from its home.
