All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Port Adelaide, Australia (68 Gloucester Avenue, PORT ADELAIDE, AU 5015).

We offer two shipping options:
– Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
– Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch.

We ship globally to most countries, though we’re unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions due to carrier restrictions. Contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and tags.

All our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please check individual product pages for specific warranty information.

For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
