Shipping Information
We’re stoked to ship our premium fishing gear worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Here’s what you need to know about getting your gear:
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over A$50, shipped via EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 days after dispatch
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely stoked with your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Our Returns Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help you get it sorted.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Let us know whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Our team will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number and instructions
- Package the item securely with the original packaging
- Include the completed returns form
- Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide this in your returns authorisation email)
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Unused and with all tags still attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Dubbing materials
- Feathers (fly tying materials)
- Opened containers of Floatant-Sinkant
- Any items from the “Cool Stuff” category that have been opened or used
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you that we’ve received your returned item
- We’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model:
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item
- We’ll ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs for the return and the new shipment unless the error was ours
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
